Problem description

Magento store is disabled by hosting provider with the following message on frontend:

This Site Has Been Disabled

Contact your service provider for more information.

Cause

Usually that means that one or several Magento patches were not applied and finally it was infected by some malware and disabled by hosting provider to prevent public access to malware.

Solution

• Apply all missing Magento patches and clean up all code deviations. You can use our Magento Patch installation service
for such purposes
• Contact your hosting provider to resume site access when all patches are applied
• Scan your store with our Magento Security Patch Tester to verify that all patches are applied
