SUPEE-10497 can be downladed from https://magento.com/tech-resources/download#download2138
If you got SUPEE-10266 or SUPEE-10415 applied already, it should be reverted before installing SUPEE-10497 via SSH.
To install via FTP/Fileupload you can simply upload SUPEE-10497 without any other actions. As bundle of SUPEE-10497 contains all files from both SUPEE-10266 and SUPEE-10415, so it will just overwrite it with newer files.
