MPERF-10509

MPERF-10509, also known as Admin Dashboard Charts Patch. By default, to draw Dashboard’s charts Magento used Google Image Charts which deprecated in 2012 and was turned off on March 18, 2019. As it is no longer possible to use it, Magento switched to Image-Charts free service.
MPERF-10509 patch provides all needed code changes to switch to Image-Charts free service.

The patch is included in Magento Commerce 1.14.4.1 and Magento Open Source 1.9.4.1 and these versions require no patching. All earlier versions can be patched with MPERF-10509.

The patch can be downloaded from Magento Tech resources page and installed under Magento root directory with:

$ patch -p1 < MPERF-10509-CE-2019-03-13-06-31-24.diff
